Xiage Zhang is a globally active flutist with extensive performance experience across Europe and the United States. She is from China and she is proficient in Mandarin Chinese, English and German . She earned her bachelor's degree in flute performance from the Magnus School of Music in Lithuania with heigh scholarship at Liongnas Ciapas studio (Russion Flutist Performer), while also serving as principal flutist and piccolo player for the school's symphony orchestra in international performances. During her graduate studies, she was awarded a high scholarship and to study music performance at the University of Washington's School of Music at Famous flutist Donna Shin studio, where she performed as principal flutist and piccolo palyer in the university's symphony band.

Since 2019, she has received long-term private flute instruction from Dirk Peppel,Barbara Koerppen,Barbara Koerppen,Barbara Koerppen.Additionally, since 2021, she has also been receiving private guidance from several international flute masters from Italy, Russia , Venezuela , Ukraine, Austria and the United States.

Untill 2021,She has participated in many flute performances at the German community music festival and also joined the school and extracurricular symphony orchestra performances jointly held with Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine, at the same time, she has also been collaborating with children and high school choirs for a long time in performances. During this period, through her own practical performance experience, she shared her knowledge and ideas with students, helping flute learners of different ages improve their flute playing skills to varying degrees.
